Jesus was clear that if you choose to follow BLIND LEADERS- you will fall into their SAME DITCH! You cannot use the excuse, “I was just doing/believing what I was told by an authority figure ‘So-and-So’.”

It doesn’t work with following false religions and it won’t work if you use it for an excuse to take your life, i.e., “I didn’t know suicide was a damnable sin against a holy God.”

YOU HAVE A CHOICE:

(A) Follow the teachings of the Bible and live free from suicide and hell.

OR

(B) Follow leading mental experts and pastor advocates on their way TO HELL!

Notice this week that a Ph.D in the field over a department of mental health took his life too. Get the hint yet? They don’t know what they are doing- they should not be your guides! Suicide is an issue of the soul- and though medicine, counseling, etc. can be helpful, only God our Creator, can heal the soul from the inside-out.

2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”

THANK ABOUT IT…

You can make an excuse and say people like me don’t understand or you can humble yourself and listen to people like me who preach the Word of God and have a lifetime of victory over mental illness (watch last night’s video with a panel of testimonies).

Was Jesus lying when He said in Matthew 11:28-30, “28 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light?”

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE ABOUT LOVING JESUS?

Read what Jerrid, the man who murdered himself wrote on a Twitter post the day before he ended his life:

“Loving Jesus doesn’t always cure suicidal thoughts.

Loving Jesus doesn’t always cure depression.

Loving Jesus doesn’t always cure PTSD.

Loving Jesus doesn’t always cure anxiety.

But that doesn’t mean Jesus doesn’t offer us companionship and comfort.

He ALWAYS does that.”

That is the doctrine of demons and the very reason he took his life— he didn’t believe that Jesus was the answer. I am not saying that loving Jesus alone fixes everything instantly, but certainly loving Jesus does fix the human heart condition- that is a realm we can expect healing to come immediately. I, and many others, can testify to being set free from mental anguish in one moment!

And even if we must pursue God’s Word in obedience with the assistance of wisdom in the medical field, etc. we must never place loving Jesus in the context of “not being good enough.” God’s love is more than enough to overcome whatever SUFFERING we may face in this life!

It should have been written as this:

“Loving Jesus always helps with suicidal thoughts.

Loving Jesus always helps with depression.

Loving Jesus always helps with PTSD.

Loving Jesus always helps with anxiety.

And even if it takes days, months, or years of practicing to live in the love of God- HIS LOVE ALWAYS MAKES IT WORTH IT ALL!”

Romans 8:28, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

WHO ARE YOU FOLLOWING?

The choice is yours… I made mine! 🙂

Matthew 15:13-14, “13 He replied, “Every plant that my heavenly Father has not planted will be pulled up by the roots. 14 Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”
