Dear Senior Pastor, if you don’t like your schedule- change it. You don’t like your church- let someone else pastor them who will love them. You don’t like your pay- go sell used cars. You don’t like helping people- find another occupation. You need help- submit to other pastors who can help you (message me if you want my help). You don’t like your denomination- help change it or leave it. You have wicked people and troublemakers in the church- enforce church discipline.

I am grieved by hearing too many pastors I know complain and talk bad about ministry. No one is forcing you to pastor the people- hand the church over to MPI- we’ll put in an SUM grad in there that will live their dreams with the people you despise.

I know ministry can be hard, but God’s grace is more than able to make us joyful ministers. Don’t blame the people, God’s sheep, for your lack of passion for ministry and happiness in God; repent and find your first love for Jesus- be the servant of all. Burn up for Jesus and you’ll never burn out!

Mark 3:13-15, “Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. He appointed twelve that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach and to have authority to drive out demons.”
